My first camel ride and I loved it. James picked us up at our hotel (there was six of us). This is a family run business. Seeing the sun set on the back of a camel was awesome. On the way back to our hotel, James took a detour. He brought us to these wallabies on the property of another hotel. We were able to pet and feed them. What a treat!

Excellent treatment from pickup to dropoff. James provided a professionally run service in a relaxed atmosphere. The camels were lovely and the whole experience magical. Do it if you can.

The Pyndan Camel Track team are professional and friendly. In comfortable camel saddles, the camel ride is easy through beautiful scenery. The delectable treats and refreshment afterwards were unusual and generous. The tour was great fun and I recommend it.

We did a 1hr sunset trip. 15 mins drive from town or complimentary pick up. A wander through the bush towards the Mcdonell Ranges provided a picturesque back drop. My kids 7-14 loved it. Very casual but service oriented.

Picked up in Alice and taken out to Pyndan Camel Tracks for the camel ride. An hours ride into the desert on a huge camel. Mine led the group and I was the only one riding by myself...a bit scary but SO much fun. I found the whole experience lots of fun and achievable for an older person. Getting on and off the camel was easy with reasonable fitness and the saddle was very secure.I felt at the end that i could imagine riding on a long trek as it was so comfortable and the motion was soothing.

This home based camel ride buisness captures the essence of the centre as you get the oppertunity to interact with Marcus who embodies the outback pioneering spirit. The camels are well trained, kept and cared for. The one hour guided camel tour takes you throught the heart of the Ilparpa valley a magestic landscape at any time of the day, but sunset is absolutely spectacular. As a local I always recomend visitors take this camel ride as no trip to the Alice is complete without taking a Pyndan Camel Tour.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of walking through the bush on the back of a camel - hearing the birds and seeing the sunset on the hills, it was a magic experience. I took my little baby in a sling and she slept the whole way, my other kids rode up in front of their dad with much excitement about being so high up. camels are really big! would recommend this experience for anyone local or visiting to have a special memory of Alice Springs.

Our staff participated in a camel track hosted by Marcus Williams followed by dinner at the Pyndan Camel Lounge…From the onset both our hosts, Marcus and Julia, provided a professional, first-class service. Their attention to detail and personal touch resulted in staff having an enjoyable camel ride under the expert eye of Marcus Williams followed by a delicious home-cooked dinner at the Pyndan Camel Lounge.
The Pyndan Camel Lounge was beautifully set up, with seating both indoors and outdoors, to allow people to mingle and socialise in a relaxed and comfortable manner.
I would not hesitate in organising a future corporate event at Pyndan Camel Tracks or recommending the camel track and dinner venue to other organisations.

My mother and I are from Canada and have recently taken a brief trip to Alice Springs. I have got to say that our camel ride with Pyndan Camel Tracks was one of the true highlights of our vacation. It was the first time that we had ever ridden on camels and the experience we had was nothing short of amazing.

We took a sunset ride on May 7th. It was just so beautiful with the sun setting on the MacDonnell Ranges. It was one on the highlights of our NT holiday. We will certainly be back again and will highly recommend the camel ride to all.

My work buddy Susan and I had a great time on your sunset camel ride last Friday. It was a hoot! Our guide told us your camels are the friendliest, and she was absolutely correct.
